Someone Help a Brother Out
A few days ago, I found myself in quite a pickle. I was playing with the glow-in-the-dark bouncy ball that Gramama Jo gave me for Christmas (the one that I can never manage to stuff in my mouth because it's just a shade too big). And wouldn't you know it, it landed straight into Dad's stinky sneaker.
I had no idea how I was ever going to get it out. Mom was in the kitchen making dinner. When she came out and found me in my predicament, she just threw up her hands and said, "Sorry little man, you're on your own with this one. I ain't venturing near that thing."
These are the moments in my life when I really, really wish that I had an opposable thumb. Humph.

The Best Place in the Whole World
Mom took me to the dog park this weekend. The dog park is one of my most favorite places ever to go! I get to meet so many new friends. We have tons of fun playing together in the big, open fields. I love running back and forth until my legs turn into jello. There are also some trails that Mom and I walk together. Mom leads the way, and I trail behind, peeing on rocks and trees just in case we get lost. (Aren't I such a good helper?)
Here's a friend that I made at the park the other day. I wasn't too sure about him at first, but a few sniffs of his butt and we were cool after that.
